Always challenging the status quo, Diandra decided to break away from the corporate rat race early in her career to freelance and work more efficiently, gain richer experience, and impact teams in a bigger way. This led to Diandra working with some incredible entrepreneurial minds of leading tech start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, and small online businesses where she was able to dive deeper into the challenges of talent acquisition and retention by developing an understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges that exist within various industries and organizational structures.
In 2020 DLB Consulting Services was formalized to support the global mission of seamless and productive remote work.
